When you book or send a message
Your name, email, phone, date, number of guests and your message are stored so I can answer you and run the tour. Emails are sent through Resend. I keep booking records for as long as accounting law requires; messages that didn't lead to a booking are deleted on request.

What is measured on every visit
Pages viewed, where you came from (the previous website or an ad campaign tag), a rough device type and browser, your language, and country and city looked up from your IP address. Also: taps on the WhatsApp, phone and email links, which form you started and how far you got in it (never what you typed), pages that were not found, and script errors. The IP address is shortened after 7 days.

How long a page was open and how far you scrolled, how fast the page loaded, and device details: screen size, time zone, browser languages, graphics card, and a short code calculated from these (a “device fingerprint”) so a return visit from the same device can be recognised. You can change your mind any time — the device details are then deleted.
How long it's kept
Visit records are kept for 6 months. After that, everything that could identify you (IP address, browser details, device details, name, email and phone) is removed and only anonymous totals remain.
Nothing is sold
No advertising networks, no selling or sharing of data. Visit data is stored on this website's own database (hosted by Railway).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to it being used — email perfectdayhvar@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
